Stuart Murray is the
lead Consultant.
He has worked in both the private and public sector,
and has spent all of his working life dealing
with people at all levels.
He has worked with many organisations in: -
Identifying training and
development needs and developing strategies in
support of corporate objectives;
Designing, developing and implementing training
events and undertaking post course evaluation;
Initiating and producing a wide range of training
modules and presenting to all levels, up to and
including board level;
Selecting and recruiting managerial staff across
various functions and disciplines.
Championing
new ways of working, flexible workspace and cultural
change. He has extensive knowledge in Management
Training, Early Severance/Pre-retirement courses,
Appraisal and Performance, Coaching, Report Writing,
Minute Taking, Speed Reading, Flexible Working,
Telephone Techniques, Time/Stress Management,
Motivating Staff, to name but a few.
He holds the Diploma in Training Management, the
Internal Verifier Award for NVQs (D32 and D33)
and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel and Development. He also has the NVQ
award C23 (Facilitate Learning in Groups) and
is accredited to run Management Modules for the
Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)
Associates
There are a number of Associates who work with
Stuart and help in the delivery of events for
Globe Training. The use of Associates is dependent
on the area of work agreed with our customer,
after which the appropriate Consultant will be
appointed in conjunction with our customers’
needs and wishes.
