Overview

This event has been developed for staff at all levels who need to make the best use of their time by reading efficiently.

The aim of the event is to:


• Start the process of developing delegates to read quickly, critically and retain essential information; and
• Enable the reader to respond in the best way to reports, articles, circulars and textbooks, and be able to demonstrate genuine understanding and retention.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the event delegates will be able to:

• Read faster with improved comprehension and memory;
• Preview/survey written materials effectively;
• Skim/scan effectively; and
